Hungary
They once were one of the great European teams, but dropped spectacularly and today is hard to imagine Hungary have any sort of success in a big competition. This is the 1st time they qualified since 1986 and this time they had fight a lot to get to this stage. They have no hopes and that can only be good.
How
they qualified
It was a very average qualification stage, the
Magyars took advantage of the Greek tragedy and snuck onto a playoff position,
with an 11-9 goal difference and without any noteworthy results.
Against Norway they did extremely well with
the win in Oslo that helped them come back to the big stages.

Balázs
Dzsudzsák
Club : Bursaspor (TUR)
Age : 29 years
Is the headline of Hungarian football at the
moment. Clearly away from the quality of Puskas or Kovacs, it’s a left winger
that his powerful and has a magical left foot, able to solve a match with a
cross or a shot. Was made a great at PSV, from there he went to Russia and now
has been the star of Bursaspor, and Hungary will look for him, if they want to
dream with anything positive
László Kleinheisler
Club : Werder Bremen (Ger)
Age : 22 years
Immediate
impact in the national team, Kleinheisler got his debut in the 1st leg of the
playoff, at Norway, and he scored the only goal of the game. The goal that made
the dream look like reality.
Kleinheisler is a right winger that plays well
with both feet, creating major difficulties to predict which way he’s going to
go.
Having a great year, after the fantastic debut
and transfer to Werder Bremen, the young player will want carry on writing
history
Bernd Storck
53 year old
German, made his career in Kazakhstan (Almaty and national team) with the expected
results. Will have this Summer his first great chance in a big competition
What to expect from them?
Bernd
Storck knows that he cannot go all-out attacking or his team will get
slaughtered.
To try to achieve a surprise, the Magyars will
defend with 10-man and try to counter with the quality and speed of Dzsudzsák
and Kleinheisler, the two best players of the team. If Király and his tracksuit
have one of those days where the historic keeper saves everything the dream is
possible. But very unrealistic still
